Opus RestaurantConsisting of over 4000 square feet, the restaurant lends itself to any occasion, whether cocktail parties for 300 or formal dinners for 150. The custom designed stage creates a perfect place under the stars for award presentations, speeches or a full band to let your guests dance the night away. The candle lit mahogany bar overlooks the palm tree lined courtyard & is the perfect place to enjoy a bottle of wine from the largest list on the island.

Our MenuOur Chefs at Opus have fishermen on the Ocean daily, allowing for an array of fresh, locally caught seafood. We love to cook with it and consider it to be a house specialty. Example preperations include Grilled Lobster Tail with Spicy Habenaro Butter, Whole Snapper roasted in Lemon Caper Butter, Filet of Grouper with Mango, Cilantro & Black Bean Salsa, Wahoo Steaks steamed in Coconut Milk, Lemongrass & Ginger & Yellow Coconut Curried Conch.
